Founding Director of the Social and Behavioral Sciences Research Consortium, otherwise known as SBSRC. I obtained my Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1980, and I was recruited back to UNL in 2001.

As the Director of MERC, I manage the workflow and resources for funded projects for our team. My other hat is managing and assisting with evaluation projects and survey methodology.

Dr. Changsoo Song has a Ph.D. in public administration and expertise in the area of social and behavioral dimensions of innovation/technology adoption and use in the public sector and evaluation research.
